Advantage First Leadership/Advance First Learning Academy are the dream of of Dr. Hart's Vision . He combined his varied experiences local and international with the goal of promoting and educating leaders, educators and CEO's about the value of exponential growth in an organization, school, church and business. 

The goal of AFLA is to develop and motivate leaders by means of dynamic presentations, group coaching, and training.
